Terms & Conditions — Retørn

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Retørn returns-management app ("Retørn", "we", "our", "us"). By installing or using Retørn you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use Retørn.

2. Who we are

3. Eligibility

You may use Retørn only if you are a business (or acting for one) with a valid Shopify store, and you have authority to bind that business to these Terms.

4. The service

Retørn and its infrastructure are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

5. Your responsibilities

You agree not to: (a) resell, sublicense, or otherwise commercially exploit the service beyond your own business use; (b) use it to process data for third parties other than your own end-customers; (c) modify, hack, or attempt unauthorized access to the service or related systems; (d) imply any false association with Retørn; (e) use it unlawfully, including violating anyone's privacy rights; (f) send spam or unsolicited messages through it; (g) infringe intellectual-property rights; (h) interfere with the integrity or performance of the service; (i) reverse-engineer or attempt to discover its source code; (j) store or transmit unlawful, abusive, or discriminatory content; or (k) introduce viruses or other malicious software.

6. Data and privacy

Using Retørn involves processing personal data. Our role as data processor and your role as data controller are described in our Privacy Policy and Data Processing Agreement. By using Retørn you confirm you have a lawful basis to share personal data with us for returns management. We use carefully selected sub-processors (listed in the Privacy Policy and DPA). Nothing in these Terms limits obligations under the GDPR or mandatory Danish data-protection law.

7. Licence

All rights, title and interest in Retørn — software, design, trademarks — remain with Sambeso ApS or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use Retørn in accordance with these Terms.

8. Disclaimer & limitation of liability

Retørn is provided "as is" and "as available"; we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sambeso ApS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data, revenue, or profits. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. Nothing here excludes liability for intent, gross negligence, or liability that cannot be excluded under mandatory Danish law.

9. Subscription & payment

Retørn is a paid app. The subscription is:

There is no free trial. Fees are billed through Shopify's billing system and appear on your Shopify invoice; by subscribing you authorize Shopify to charge your account on a recurring basis until you cancel. Your subscription renews automatically each period. To stop renewal, cancel before the end of the current period (uninstalling the app cancels the subscription). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period.

We may change fees from time to time. We will give reasonable advance notice; changes take effect at the start of the next subscription period. Continued use after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance; if you do not agree, cancel before the change takes effect.

10. Governing law & jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Danish law. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Danish courts. If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions remain in force to the extent permitted by mandatory Danish law.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. For significant changes we will notify you by email or through the app. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
